Share a quote from a book or poem that bares your bookstore’s soul.

Why was your bookstore founded/what role does it play in the community?/What makes your bookstore unique?
This bookstore was founded with the mission of amplifying books written by authors of what I call the global majority, with the knowledge that still so many times such authors are pushed to the margins of publishing and bookselling. Our stories are worth celebrating, uplifting, and discussing, and I wanted to create an intentional space that both does that and acts as a third place for community members. We provide books for all ages and genre interests, as well as a variety of events including trivia night, storytime readings, author events, silent reading parties, and more.
